and why?Make up brushes. please read.?
first of all, i hope you are treating your skin with acne-clearing cleanser, toner, and lotion. brushes do provide a heavier coverage than sponges, and cream foundations will conceal more than liquid.

there are a few brushes every woman should have: concealer, powder, blush, flat shadow, and eye crease/contour. these are essential to a basic face, and some can double usage. additionally, you can get foundation, lip, eyeliner, mascara wand or fan, eye shader, eye smudger, etc.

if price is an issue, try palladio brushes from sally beauty supply. they are $7-17 each, and last forever. i have a flat shadow brush from this line that has never lost a bristle.

for a starter set, check out mac. they have their mini brushes in sets for the holidays, so you get 4-5 for $30-35.

mark by avon also has a mini set they sell all year long that is $19 for concealer, lip, eyeliner, shadow, and blush.

merle norman stores have full-size sets out of 5 of their most popular brushes and a brush cleaner for $29.

stila at sephora has nice brushes. some of them are dual-ended, so you get more for your money. they have a nice eye duo brush for $30, with a dense contour and smudger.

for foundation brushes, i actually have one from avon that has done well for years now. lancome has a great one, but it is pricey.

be sure to clean your brushes regularly with brush cleanser or mild shampoo.Make up brushes. please read.?
I'd avoid brushes because they hold onto bacteria, exct. Whenever you put on make-up with them you are re-covering your face in bateria from the day before and the day before, exct. Just use liquid make-up with clean fingers to apply, or wash your brushes ALOT. I do that and my acne is clearing up bigtime!
i'm not a fan of MAC for foundation. i also have acne and scars and i always wear makeup to cover it so i use bareminerals makeup and i use their kabuki brushes. i would definately try the makeup and the brush they work wonders!
if you have acne prone skin and would like even coverage i highly suggest Bare Minerals. its a powder foundation and is excellent for acne prone skin. it actually HELPS clear acne and blemishes.. theres no oils and the ingredients are all natural. it goes on silky smooth and will even out your skin tone. when i put it on (i have acne prone skin) it seriously looks like my skin was airbrushed. i LOVE it and will never use anything else. its also very light.

you can purchase it at www.sephora.com

or go to their site www.bareescentuals.com

(it comes with it's own brush with provides full coverage)

please try it.. i know you will love it.
Ok to get rid of acne scars i suggest u use Bio-oil!

It really does work! Make sure u cleanse, tone and moisturise daily! That helps prevent break outs! Foundation blocks pores! and applying with dirty fingers can lead to black head ect. I suggest u use YSL Perfect touch foundation It's 拢25 and it comes with a brush at the top for flawless application. On the other hand i suggest u buy the foundation brush and instead of plastering on foundation use a good conselor foundation is to even out the skin tone consealer is hide spots/scars/inperfection i suggest benefit boi-ing. Good luck./x
i like smashbox brushes
