What make up brushes do i need to start out?

im planning on buying mac synthetic make up brushes, and as you know they are very expensive. i want to buy only the brushes that i need. i am a boy, so i dont use much eye shadow, but occasionally i do to hide dark shadows, etc. what brushes do you recommend i buy? thanks so much!

well if you wear foundation get the 190 foundation brush and for face and cheeks you can use the 192 the 209 is a liner brush and for a small shader brush get the 239 those are all synthetic brushes allot of their other brushes are made of goat hair but if you can go to mac store and they will be able to help you out if you are gonna order online you can go to website and click on live chat and they can assist you
